We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as incorrect size selection, change of mind, or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To process your request, you must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once our team verifies the claim, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item at no additional cost.

To be eligible for a replacement:
• The item must be unused and unwashed.
• The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect must be provided.

Ruhenza reserves the right to deny replacement requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
